Sometimes all you need is a special place. In the heart of Cologne, Maison Marsil offers three individually designed areas that can be combined, for business meetings, workshops, corporate events, presentations, shoots and creative encounters.
In our listed boutique hotel, historic architecture, individual design and a relaxed, personal atmosphere come together. An inspiring setting for companies, agencies, brands and creatives who deliberately look for something different.

Three areas, individually or combined
Fireplace room
A private, quiet room with a fireplace and tall doors to the street. Ideal for confidential meetings, interviews, castings, strategy talks and small workshops.
Creative Space with winter garden
Bright, open and versatile: with a view of the winter garden, olive trees, open kitchen with oven, bar and lounge. For team meetings, workshops, presentations, shoots and special culinary formats. Our breakfast room in the morning.
Hotel bar
The hotel bar adjoins the fireplace room directly and can be combined with the other areas. Ideal for a reception, an aperitif or relaxed conversations after the meeting.

Our rooms can be booked individually or combined, for small meetings as well as for larger events with up to 80 guests.
For events of this size, out of consideration for our hotel guests, the two hotel rooms directly above are booked as well.

Showroom, product presentations & brand events
Temporary showroom, press presentation, brand launch or client event: a characterful alternative to classic exhibition and conference spaces, tailored to your format on request.
Photo & film productions
For shoots, interviews, content productions and creative projects: individually designed interiors, historic details and a personal atmosphere. Whether editorial, portrait, fashion, lifestyle or business content, tell us your ideas.
Business & trade fair side events
Not every conversation has to take place at the exhibition centre. For client meetings, presentations, press talks, networking and exclusive get-togethers during international trade fairs and congresses, for example gamescom, Anuga, Art Cologne or imm cologne: a personal meeting point away from the hustle and bustle. If you want to stay longer, our rooms are right in the house.
Cooking sessions & wine tastings
Cook, taste and enjoy together: the open kitchen with oven in the Creative Space provides the setting for cooking sessions, wine tastings and small culinary formats for teams and clients.

Maison Marsil combines Creative Space and boutique hotel under one roof. Our individually designed rooms and our suite let you combine meetings and events with an overnight stay. Ideal for small teams, business travellers, speakers, clients and guests who come to Cologne for an event or a trade fair.
Whether a workshop followed by an evening programme, a presentation with an overnight stay or a multi-day team meeting: we are happy to put together an individual offer for you.

Maison Marsil is at Marsilstein 25–27, between Neumarkt and Rudolfplatz, in the middle of Cologne’s city centre. Restaurants, galleries, shops and the city’s cultural life are right on the doorstep.
It is about a 20-minute walk to Cologne Cathedral and the main station; the old town and Koelnmesse are easy to reach by public transport. An ideal venue for local companies as well as for guests travelling to Cologne on business.

Can I rent a meeting room at Maison Marsil?
Yes. Our Creative Space and the separate fireplace room can be enquired about for smaller business meetings, workshops and team events. The fireplace room suits groups of 8 to 10 people, the open Creative Space up to 20 people. Bookable by the hour or for the full day.
Is Maison Marsil suitable for corporate events?
Yes. We offer an individual setting for smaller corporate events, presentations, client meetings, networking events and business get-togethers in Cologne’s city centre. If all areas are used, there is room for up to 80 guests.
Can I book the venue during a trade fair in Cologne?
Yes. Our Creative Space can be enquired about for business and networking events around Cologne trade fairs and congresses, for example during gamescom, Anuga or Art Cologne, for client meetings, presentations or meetings with business partners.
Are photo and film productions possible?
Yes. Our Creative Space can be enquired about for photo and film productions. Please tell us in advance which rooms, times and technical requirements you need.
Can I also book hotel rooms?
Yes. Maison Marsil is a boutique hotel with individually designed rooms and a suite. For events with overnight stays we are happy to prepare an individual offer. For events using all areas including the hotel bar, the two rooms directly above must be booked as well.
What equipment is available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A projector is available, and further equipment such as a screen or flipchart can be requested individually. Drinks are supplied through the house, there is an Italian coffee machine, and catering can be booked exclusively.
